I don’t see the sense of the synchronized clapping for health workers. :woman_shrugging: it’s all lip service. If we really want to “honor” our health workers, maybe look into improving the compensation package, health worker to patient ratio, etc. Aanhin clapping, di naman maibibili ng food yan. Di naman nyan majujustify ang overload nila.

Reviving the Baybayin is great, cool and all.
BUT unless they can make it useful for common use
Like a grocery list, and easy to write by hand
(like a shorthand version). I find it pointless.

Super trying hard na sakyan yung Pinoy heritage nya. Parang si Mikey Bustos, another unfunny guy that tries too hard to be “Pinoy.”

Another unpopular opinion. DJ Loonyo. Why? Wala na bang ibang gwapo (buti sana kung gwapo talaga, pero hindi rin naman) sa showbiz ngayon?

OnT: Gender reveal parties are fun, we give them that. But silly. Almost…perverted, even. Why do we want to know what genitals a fetus has? It won’t be parents who reveal a child’s gender. It will be the individual, once they have the faculties and will for self-determination.

Hindi ko talaga maintindihan yung concept ng sulot. Bakit lahat ng outrage ay sa manunulot? Na parang walang agency yung gf/bf/asawa nila na “nagpasulot”.

Marami sa mga frivolous trends ng social media weddings that we did ay pinagsisihan ko kasi our videos/photos looked stiff, posed, FAKE (which is why I did not post our engagement photos wholesale–I literally HATED it all). Pinagsisihan ko ang pagsakay sa mga fads :smash:

Kahit ako. Mas gusto ko pa yung Kuaishou dito (poor man’s TikTok/rural version of TikTok), mas madami pa akong napapala like recipes galore. Lol.

Hindi ko masyadong type si Lee Min Ho. Noon pa trip na trip na siya ng aunt kong adik sa K-drama.

Alcohol free socials should be the default. Why must socialization events revolve around alcohol? Not everyone wants to get drunk. It’s not terribly inclusive.
