I make my own sawsawan. It starts with a really good vinegar, add in thinly sliced ginger, garlic, fresh lemon peel, siling labuyo and a bunch of fresh herbs like thyme or oregano depending on what’s seasonally available

I love kalamansi with light soy for fish :heartpump:

Madali ang kalamansi. Just get the seeds and soak in soil, my mom either has green thumb or what but after a few weeks the calamansi sprouts did grow. The difficult part is replanting individual plant :herb: so that it can grow into a healthy shrub

onT: YES to calamansi and toyo for EVERYTHING hahahha, hotdog, bacon, corned beef, chicken, beef strips

Nabili ko yung sa kin sa QC Circle, every weekend merong nagtitinda ng mga halaman dun. Maraming available sa mga plant nursery tapos meron ding meron nang bunga. My friend takes care of her calamansi indoors. So pwede sya sa condo.

OnT: Hot Sauce on Catsup for Fried Chicken :yummy:
