Yung plum sauce ng Lee Kum Kee sobrang sarap sa fried food. Usually ginagamit namin sa lumpiang shanghai saka sa kikiam

sriracha! japanese mayo+sriracha - love this for lumpiang shanghai
patis+kalamansi+optional sili - masarap sa nilaga/tinola

Thanks sa recommendation @nagugulumihanan will definitely try this after ECQ
+1 sa kalamansi+patis for papaya sa tinola
Try mo din to: Fill a jar with fresh kamias then add salt, put a lid. Then use the katas after 3-5 days winner! @lidochka.kuznetsova

I’ll definitely try that when my tita’s kamias tree bears fruit again! Thanks @moonflower

Lemon and butter for fish steaks
Mang Tomas for lechon
I want a kalamansi plant too. Saan ba nakakabili niyan at madali lang ba alagaan para sa mga walang plant sa condo?
OnT:
-Toyo + kalamansi SA LAHAT but mostly fish, even sashimi!
-jufran catsup + worcestershire sa max’s fried chicken
-pinakurat sa chicharon at longganisa
-bagoong sa manggang manibalang at singkamas
-lechon sauce sa roast chicken
-ketchup sa fries, fried chicken, fried everything
I make my own sawsawan. It starts with a really good vinegar, add in thinly sliced ginger, garlic, fresh lemon peel, siling labuyo and a bunch of fresh herbs like thyme or oregano depending on what’s seasonally available
I love kalamansi with light soy for fish
Madali ang kalamansi. Just get the seeds and soak in soil, my mom either has green thumb or what but after a few weeks the calamansi sprouts did grow. The difficult part is replanting individual plant so that it can grow into a healthy shrub
onT: YES to calamansi and toyo for EVERYTHING hahahha, hotdog, bacon, corned beef, chicken, beef strips
Nabili ko yung sa kin sa QC Circle, every weekend merong nagtitinda ng mga halaman dun. Maraming available sa mga plant nursery tapos meron ding meron nang bunga. My friend takes care of her calamansi indoors. So pwede sya sa condo.
OnT: Hot Sauce on Catsup for Fried Chicken
