Before, sinusundan ko si Fitness Marshall. Mahilig kasi akong sumayaw. Panalo yung Sweat Set nya, may warmup then the actual set na, then cooldown. Masaya sya.

Lost four kilos since the start of the lockdown pero nagstop na. Guess I’ll have to exercise to lose more :joy:

So hard to stay low carb. Ugh.

In the last 2 weeks, Ive been making fruit smoothies for my to go brekky: orange + apple + grapes, strawberry + blueberry, apple + strawberry, orange + banana, etc. While i feel that it has helped with my fiber intake, it threw me off my daily carbs limit naman. Kasi syempre fruits are naturally high in carbs (sugar).

16:8. Feeding window ay 12 noon to 8p.m. So far okay naman. Just hit a wall. I don’t think I’ll lose any more weight without exercising. Or starving myself :laugh:

Ako din. I try to increase protein kahit eggs lang. But there are cookies, chips, siopao, ice cream today. No rice naman ako. Pero ayun.

Protein pa rin naman kaso sherep keshe ng fruits haha. Hirap naman haluan ng flaxseed mga ulam. Hahaha.

Or maybe coz shark week. My carbs craving is waaaay over the top.

Gusto ko rin taasan protein intake but I have gout now so it’s really hard :cry:

I tried low carb a few years ago, pero nung bumalik ang pagmamahal ko sa carbs (aside from sweets, kanin is life ako haha) bumalik din yung na lose ko. This ECQ wala akong food restrictions, but I lost around 5kgs so far. I’m hoping na fat loss siya than muscle mass hehe. IF + papawis lang araw-araw. :slightly_smiling_face:

Panira sa fitness goals ang ECQ. Before lockdown I was on my way to doing x2 body weight squats, x2.5 body weight deadlift and X1.5 BW bench. Ngayon ewan ko na haha

Update:
Day 72 of daily workout (30 mins minimum). Shifted workout schedule from 6:30 pm to 8pm instead; because now doing 18:6 instead of 16:8 IF. Bought an indoor cycling bike and go spinning at least 3x a week, as well as 2 sets of dumbbells to supplement. Lost 10 pounds since March kahit during my birthday month (May) at andaming nagpadala ng evil food (carbs and sweets). :smiley:

Also, working out has helped so much in keeping myself sane during this WFH period. I live alone so feeling ko nabaliw na ko kung wala akong endorphins in my life. Chos.

Ako, ang bagal ng progress ko. Wala pa din halos nagbago sa weight ko. Iniisip ko na sana nag-gain ako ng lean mass.

Started weight training na ulet almost 3 weeks na. Bumili ng plates. I do yoga everyday, cardio 2-3x a week, weight training 3x a week. Bawas naman ang kain since di na din naman naglalalabas.

I’m 159cm, 59kgs right now.

Target ko sana kahit man lang 55. Napakahirap.
