Saan okay bumili ng indoor bike? Haven’t seen in sporting goods stores yung tulad ng bikes ng ride rev or even golds gym. Although hindi rin naman ako actively naghanap. :shy:

Si yoga with adriene din sinusundan ko.

Tbh, nakakatamad mag workout ngayong ecq haha! So ang ginagawa ko, bago pa ako unahan ng katamaran, nagbibihis na ako agad ng pang work out. Para mas sipagin ako.

May ka college ako na nagpopost ng simple home work out - yun sinusundan ko. Glutes focus, squats ganyan.

I am doing the chloe ting’s 2 abs in 2 weeks challenge. Awa ng Dyos, challenge talaga. Hahaha! Bawing bawi kasi sa kain after work out.

At this time of ECQ, it is more of gusto ko lang mapawisan araw araw. Saka ko na karirin ang weight loss.

Before ECQ: 10K sa treadmill per session, 3x a week
During ECQ: 30-min hip-hop fit workout (check this on YT), every other day

Gustong-gusto kong pumayat pero anlakas ko sa sweets.

Before ECQ: basketball 1-2x a week, spinning 2-4x a week. Occasional yoga.
During ECQ: weeks 1-2 — nakakatamad. Halos walang activity, puro kain. No motivation.
Week 3 onwards — a colleague initiated an online challenge to work out from home, for at least 30 minutes everyday. May cash component. Dahil may cash out at prize involved at medyo competitive ako, I have been working out everyday for at least 30 mins since March 30 :slight_smile:

Tips:

  • schedule your workouts. Lalo na these days, when everything feels like a routine. I do mine around 6:30 pm, after work and before dinner. If madami pa akong work, i just go back to my laptop after dinner.
  • Find an accountability partner — someone to work out with you or remind you to work out as scheduled. For me it’s being in the challenge that makes me accountable. Everyday we report to each other what kind of exercise we did for the day, if any.
  • vary your activities — i rarely do the same exercise two days in a row para hindi ma-bore. Some days i do HIIT/ cardio, barre3, rhythm boxing, dance/zumba, yoga. Andaming available online, for free, and with no need for equipment :slight_smile: i do yoga on days na medyo tamad ako. Low impact, but still a good workout.

@ashterr merong similar Chris Sports, and they deliver during ECQ. Medyo may kamahalan nga lang.

Yung Schwinn bikes ng Ride Rev ang local distributor is Sportfit Inc iirc. May ibang less expensive brands naman if you search for “spin bike”.

Before ECQ I went to AF maginhawa 4 times a week. I have a coach

Now I play yard badminton everyday, then stretching, strengthening using dumbbells kettlebells, and lots of walking

Dream ko dati na full time workout Lang. Guess this it it

Before: nakikipag suntukan, sipaan, paluan, at gulung-gulong sa mat 3x/week

Now: hangin na lang ang kalaban at sahig (at least hindi masakit) :sweat_smile:

I try to stick to this every day. I enjoy doing household chores more than HIIT. :lol:

Loving Animal Flow and kettlebell flows right now. I like doing a variety para hindi magsawa so I still do regular basic lifts and yoga.

I don’t know how to do push ups kaya yun ang goal ko, build my upper body strength. I started with wall push ups last week consistent na 50 a day then this week inclined push ups. Ang hirap haha (target ko maka 20 a day).

Continuous pa rin yung 30 mins a day workout ko na kahit ano. I don’t wanna be too strict kasi tatamarin lang ako :yawning_face:

Before ECQ: Used to go to the gym 2-3x a week, then trainings (I play a team sport regularly) 2x a week.

During ECQ: Sa simila puro kain at tulog lang talaga hahaha pero dahil sa mga fitness challenge na “do 10 give 10 tag 10” nagsimula na akong mag workout uli sa bahay. Buti may KBs at DBs kahit papaano, at marami naman pwedeng gawin na body weight exercises din. Parang gusto ko na i-cancel gym membership ko kasi na realize kong mas masipag ako mag workout sa bahay pala :hahaha:

Sa mga nagbabalak mag try ng Yoga, I suggest yung Down Dog app. Nag-aadjust siya depende sa input mo ng skill (from beginner to advanced) level at sa type ng yoga na gusto mo gawin for the day. Alam ko free siya until end of May. :slightly_smiling_face:

Still trying na makapagsingit ng kahit 30mins workout sa isang araw! May pasok na kasi uli ako kaya maskipaps na lang haha!
