I’ve personally tried ginataang crocodile and stingray, crickets baked into cookies, ants and kamote, adobong sawa, Chinese turtle soup. Kinilaw na tamilok. Raw uni. Foie gras.
Yung uni and foie gras, super sarap. Yung turtle soup saka yung sawa, super lansa. The rest, ok lang. I personally draw the line on insects na kahit niluto, may gooey insides pa rin.
