I’m a physician by profession in the Philippines, but now a stay-at-home mom in the U.S.
I never had any formal art lessons/courses. I just picked up a paint brush and tried following Bob Ross tutorials on YouTube last year. Here are some of my oil paintings:

Gusto kong matutong magpaint ng buildings/houses. I’m not good with small details like that. Are you from FA, @Shofixti?
Anyway, just sharing one of the crafts I made last February. These are costumes we wore for a fundraising event at our church. I’m proud of it because I made them by hand, without any help of a cricut.

Hindi po Doc. Agriculture ang natapos ko. Tone deaf with two left feet kaya siguro eto nakahiligan ko.

@Shofixti ang galing mo sa arts ah. Pareho pala tayo na hindi art related ang course. Stress reliever ko ang magpaint/sketch. Bukas nga kung maganda ang panahon, try kong magsketch ng nature sa labas.
Yes it’s very cathartic. Likha lang ng likha doc. Share lang ng share.
