Pinanood namin sa Humanidades 1 na GE, tapos dinissect namin yung pelikula under the feminist perspective. I never looked at films at face value ever since.

Saka pala yung The Priest. Siyempre Catholic school nung highschool tapos sa probinsya mga pari parang Diyos. Sa film center ko napanood.

This opened my eyes to their humanity.

For some reason naalala ko yung film na The Crime of Padre Amaro. Ang gwapo ni Gael dito. :slight_smile:

Ringu (yung Japanese version ng The Ring) from a film showing sa CFA. This changed my life forever kasi I watched this with my then “friend” na asawa ko na ngayon ng 16 years. :blush:

After watching Ringu, niyaya niya kasi ako tumambay sandali sa Sunken, yun pala magproprofess ng nararamdaman. Hahaha. Kaso friend lang tingin ko talaga sa kanya that time. He was heartbroken with my answer and upon seeing his sad, soulful eyes, bumawi ako ng “Don’t worry, walang magbabago sa atin.” The following day, I kept my word and went on with our usual routine - text messages upon waking up and before I leave the house. Dahil daw don, sign daw yun na may pag-asa pa siya. :lol: Feelingero. Buti na lang hindi niya ako tinigilan. Kakahang-out namin, ayun, naging kami rin. Since 2002, kami pa rin hanggang ngayon. :wiggle:
