Quarantine Strategies / Transitioning to New Normal

So this morning, I saw a poll from PH Coronavirus Updates Telegram group. Which among the options do you prefer and why? Any other suggestions?

I think mahirap na bumalik sa normal pre-covid days.

kasi example… Unlike other countries na government ang may control ng public transport system, sa atin kasi private companies or private ownership ang public transport natin. So let’s say yung bus na 40 seater, sa atin 60 people capacity yun dahil hindi naman sweldohan ang driver/conductor kundi boundary system. if iimplement ang social distancing pa rin after ma lift ang quarantine, and pilitin na yung 40 seater bus na maging 20-seater lang, ang companies ipapasa sa driver/conductor yung deficit dahil kukuha at kukuha pa rin sila ng boundary. kung ipepenalize naman ang bus owner na mahulihan ng over seating, either wala masyado magpply sa road so malamang sa malamang punuan pa rin mga sasakyan or marami mga tao sa kalsada matitira and mawawalan ng saysay ang social distancing pa rin.

In the end, mahirap kontrolin ng government either way. so yeah, mahirap para sa atin magkaron ng new normal unless magaling yung mga advisers ng mga nakaupo sa position.
