I was living in San Francisco at the time. He was in Vancouver. So sa YM/Peyups lang chats. Parang may pustahan na naganap. May new year’s resolution ako to exercise every single day for x amount of days. Natalo ako so the consequence was I had to come visit him in Canada. So first meeting namin I also met his family. Since then, he flew to me twice. Third time, I asked him to marry me. So we did, civil wedding - we told our parents a few days before we set the date. We had one of my girl friends as our witness. We celebrated by eating street tacos in our favorite hole in the wall spot.
I knew it was crazy and looking back it had all the recipe for this relationship to be a disaster waiting to happen but I couldn’t imagine my life without him so took the chance and I guess he felt the same so we just went for it
@Jane nagplaplano kami para sa EB. I had to talk to him kasi hanggang Makati lang South na alam ko. Eh sa ATC ang EB tapos around the area sya nakatira.
Medyo masungit sya nung una kasi akala daw nya lalaki ako. So I had to “prove” na di ako lalaki by showing him my friendster account. Nawala lahat ng sungit nung nakita account ko. Haha. And the rest is history.
Sabi ng asawa ko kailangan daw namin magpalista. Akala ko kung ano. Dito daw pala. Met @keempee here in 1999. Pumayag ako makipagkita kasi ipapakilala nya raw ako kay Patrick Madarang, ang dahilan kung bakit ako nag-Peyups. Yun pala, iba ang balak. Parang Peyups lang din kami. Nawala pero bumalik din ulit. And for good this time. We’ve been married for 10 years now with 1 kid.
