That’s gonna cost an arm and a leg isn’t? 
Consoles (with the exception of the Switch) are pretty much x86 PCs now though 
Sorely tempted to just get them. An Xbox with a game pass is looking more like a better option for me. They’d still be cheaper than getting a gaming PC and I’m sure my games will work. Though FPS and RTS will still be better on the PC 
Come to think of it, NVIDIA GPUS are still the go to for deep learning and AI development.

The cost of a new GPU is already about the same as next gen console. And most gamers only buy the GPU for games anyway.
