Si Kang Ha Neul, my appreciation is better right now that I’m watching WTCB pero not there yet… let’s see how much he’ll grow on me. 
Hesitant din ako sa historical, pero nainfluence ako ni @kink_gurl about Hwarang, and I didn’t regret it!
Hahaha, basta lower quality vs the epic series pero nakakatawa talaga, hindi ko ma-explain. Alam mo naman comedic acting prowess ni Sungjae and ni Jung-eum diba.

Ako ata may pinaka-unpopular opinion re Goblin (well I have another friend who shares the same sentiment), kasi laglag na sya sa Top 10 ko, pero I get why people love it, hindi lang talaga nagswak sakin ang chemistry nina GY and KGE. Pero love ko na si KGE dahil sa Tune in for Love with JHI
Hindi ko na rin sila isinasama sa discussion, kasi OG yang mga yan e. Iba pa rin context dati - di pa tayo as exposed sa kilig and twists masyado, so unfair icompare sila sa recent KDramas.

last 3 episodes nalang ako sa I Am Not A Robot. di ko sila matapos tapos ni My ID for some reason. maganda pareho pero kaya diko mareco kasi diko pa natatapos. pero dahil pinaalala mo babalikan ko na sya. hehe

kailan kayo nagsimulang manood ng Kdrama?
@perlita Nagsimula ako during the OG days (Endless Love, etc.), then mga 10 years ako hindi nanood - once lang because of My Love from the Star. Recently na lang ulit ako nanood because of Vagabond and Kingdom… then CLOY (and this pandemic) really pushed me to watch more 
Kahit anlakas magtrend ng DOTS and Legend of the Blue Sea dati, it was not enough to make me return to KDramas. Up to now I haven’t watched these 2 series. I guess it’s really because of CLOY.
Edit: Yes maybe because of CLOY - kasi relatable sa akin sina SYJ and Hyun Bin (OGs sila e), but I guess because I watched Itaewon Class right after, I realized… I was meant to return to KDramas so I can get introduced to PSJ… and JHI.

nagbabasa din ako ng episode recap after ko manood pag may time in case may mga di ako magets or unclear na details. waikiki try mo din pala benta sya sa buong bahay namin hehe. light lang din sya.

^ @aero , here I am trying to guess your Kdrama generation. Tama nga ako. Nagsimula naman ako sa My Girl at My Name is Kim Sam Soon tapos tinigil ko. Nagbalik-loob ako kay I am not a Robot at Strong Girl Bong Soon. ㅎㅎㅎ
Tapos ngustuhan ko ang historical drama like Goo Hae-Ryong. Tuloy-tuloy na ako after.

My first memory of great Korean dramas that penetrated the Philippine audience includes The Classic (2003) and A Moment to Remember (2004)… and I was pleased to know that the actress was CLOY’s Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye-jin) 
The same way that Captain Ri (Hyun Bin) made us fall in love first in Kim Sam Soon (2005)
Same with Song Hye Kyo’s Endless Love (2000) and Full House (2004) long before DOTS
Gong Yoo’s Coffee Prince (2007) before Train to Busan and Goblin
Jun Ji-hyun’s Il Mare (2000), My Sassy Girl (2001) and Windstruck (2004) before My Love from the Star and Legend of the Blue Sea
Jiu Ji-hoon’s Princess Hours (2006) before Kingdom
They are the KDrama OGs 
and I just love the “staying power” hahaha

yung DOTS hindi ko din type nung una. feeling ko hype lang. but i watched it after the SongSong divorce just out of curiosity. and i surprisingly loved it! big factor yung SLs. ang lakas ng naging effect nila sakin than Song-Song.
sobrang saya ng Waikiki pati sequel nya kulit din. maaliw ka panigurado.

di ko sure kung nasa netflix ph sya. dito kasi wala e. if ever wala, nood ka nalang sa ibang sites/streaming provider. matutuwa ka sa waikiki, promise. 
sino bet mo kung di si Bogummy? hehe. ok naman sya sakin lalo na sa Reply 1988 at Encounter. pero mas peg ko sobra mga oppa like Gong Yoo, Hyun Bin, Jo In Sung, Won Bin.

@perlita hi there, napanood ko pa ang Coffee Prince dati I think pero ang sama ng quality pati translation. Yung Kim Sam Soon din pero diko yun napanood nang buo. So nagstart ulit ako nung March ata right when the pandemic started, with DOTS (because my best friend who is based in the US is hooked!), nagustuhan ko sya, then I watched CLOY agad. Ayun tuloy tuloy na.
I usually start from recommendations. Pero mahalaga na after an episode, my interest is piqued. Otherwise natetengga sa akin. Haha. Since then I’ve watched all these series and movies na:
