Last family weekend trip namin before covid-19 was in Vienna. Medyo minalas talaga, naiwan ng bus, na-cancel flights due to weather. Schonbrunn Palace pa lang at Children’s Museum nagala namin. Sana makabalik ulit!

Oooh, hindi pa kami naka Germany and Austria. Sana magka-chance after Covid.
Hindi pa rin kami napadpad sa Suffolk, although nasa list ko sana to see Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds, saka Ipswich.

@insane_pauper Awwww di tayo nag abot. Sayang! Nasa Vienna ako for a short time (over a month) nung 1st quarter of 2018 back for work secondment. Super ganda! I lived in District 1 (Marc-Aurel-Str 
) and would just walk to the office everyday. And ang sarap magpataba jan.

yes! Malapit lang ang Munich, where I lived before, sa Salzburg so madalas ako magdala ng bisita dun. Haha and weekend hiking or skiing trip ang austria so super OK nun. Ngayon, malayo na. Haha nasa north na ako. Pero malapit naman ang Denmark na.

Hi @Arwyl!!! Isa pang sayang! Anjan naman ako also for work secondment sa HQ ng dati kong firm mid 2018. Haha this year, had to cancen my London trip this april and may. Pero pag pwede na ulit at wala na ang travel restrictions due to Covid19, anjan ako sa August. EB? EB?
Yes. I’ve been here for 7 years now: a bit over 5 years in Munich, 4 months in Cologne; and now in Hamburg. So, may UK, may Austria… meet halfway! Germany! Haha self-serving.

Haha ang dami kasing mapupuntahan baka mahirapang magdecide kung saan ang unang EB. We were supposed to go to Frankfurt last March, tapos Copenhagen this April (na hindi pa rin ako na-refund ng Ryanair).
@Arwyl We looove living in Suffolk. Charming ng English countryside. It reminds me so much nung lumaki ako sa probinsya - puro bukid tapos maraming tatawid na baka at kabayo Sa loob kami ng RAF base housing nakatira so we still have the American amenities then I commute to another RAF base mainly for work. We’ve been to London area 2-3x - with kids, we usually frequent museums. Within the island we’ve ventured out sa York/Leeds, Birmingham, Norwich. Spent our first Christmas week in Edinburgh. Tapos off the island Venice and Vienna. I think this year magfocus muna kami within UK.

@Gesundheit wow! Sa District 1 ka pala. Ganda nga dun saka daming kainan at expensive shops. Hahaha! Dec 2018 ako nag-move dito. Di ako aware kung may UPAA dito. So far isang taga-UP palang namemeet ko dito sa Vienna.

@Gesundheit I believe merong UPAA sa UK, may FB group ata but I haven’t tried joining. We have plans to be in Berlin in December this year, but now it depends on the state of Covid madness, as with all travel plans!
But I’m game for an EB wherever when we come out of this to our new normal.

I work in London but I live in Surrey. Been here in the UK for 12 years. Yes let’s do an EB when this is ovah! Excited to meet Peyups folks.
