Same. Dalawin sana namin ibang kaibigan namin sa Sydney pero cancelled na. Hopefully all of us will be in better circumstances soon

Sad that Virgin Australia has gone into administration. Massive job losses and for sure tataas na naman ang flights kung Qantas lang ang carrier.

Oo nga eh Air NZ mag-domestic lang muna. 
Marami bang open na businesses jan? We’re going to ease up a little starting next week pero I think this will be our new normal muna, kahit we’ve all successfully flattened the curve (so far).
Medyo kinakabahan ako kasi while mag-summer na sa northern hemisphere, tayo dito papasok palang ang winter. Sana hindi maoverload ang hospitals dahil sa ibang sakit na usual sa ganitong panahon tapos samahan pa ng Covid.

Dito din ako Sydney pero currently on maternity leave (until end of the year) so busy with the bub ang mga lockdown days namin.

My brother is also a UP alumnus who has been living in Adelaide for more than 3 years but had to relocate to Sydney because his wife is now working at St George.
Do you know of any job opportunities near St George hospital (private hospital)?
He’s a graduate of Visual Communications but has also work experience with event planning, farming etc.

St George is not that far from Sydney CBD mas malayo pa mag travel from UP Diliman to Fairview lol. So he needs to expand his job search.
