After college nag-aral ng devcomm sa UPOU for masters. Ngayon nagtatrabaho sa isang financial firm sa corporate affairs group, active sa CSR activities and Pride group. On the side I do improv and perform all over Metro Manila :grin:

Hindi rin gradweyt. Pero after UP, nag-call center, nagturo sa mga Koreano, at ngayon ay binubuhay ng pagbabasa at pagsusulat. Ambag ko na yung mang-troll ng DDS. :hihi:

after up naging software engr jan banda sa eastwood. pero bumalik ako sa up para mag aral ulit. ngyon estudyante pa din naman saka meteorologist/data scientist para sa isang private company :wink:

HS Math Teacher for 9 years. Kung kailan ako nag-decide mag leave of absence, tsaka nagka-covid. Huhu. Dapat mag-work from home ako starting May 2020 para maalagaan din anak ko.

Many years ago, I went on tour with 2 choirs abroad, won in some choral competitions, performed for foreigners & Filipinos here & abroad, I promoted Filipino choral music & culture. Fast forward 2018, I joined my wife’s church choir to perform with them in a fund-raising concert for victims of 2017 Marawi siege. ‘Yun pa lang muna.

Naging doktor, nagsulat ng libro, at ngayon ay nagsisilbi sa UP-PGH bilang associate professor at neurosurgeon. Walang kasawa-sawa sa UP :rotflmao:

Napaka-nostalgic naman ng tanong na ito. :smiley: Nung early 2000s, sobrang excited ko maging parte ng IT industry lalo na ng freshman ako sa UP. Lumipas na lang ang 18 years, at naging parte naman ako ng IT industry sa Pilipinas. Naging OFW ako before, naging parte ng mga local tech startups, nagtrabaho sa mga respected company sa bansa, at ngayon may small IT business.

Naka-contribute sa society sa pamamagitan ng pagbayad ng taxes, pag-employ ng mga tao, at nakatulong sa industry. Ang weird ng feeling isulat ito sa Peyups, parang naalala ko ang mga times na nagsisimula pa lang ako pero ang galing din na yung mga nick ng mga nagpo-post dito ay familiar din. Mahirap i-describe.

Nagtuturo na ng bata kahit di pa graduate. Since community quarantine ngayon, nagtuturo pa rin online. :space_invader: Pumagitna ang: psychologist, neuroscience researcher, kapamilya video editor, at Sesame Streeter.

Tagagawa ng patalastas for 14 years na. Una sa post-production (2006-2018), then lipat sa production (2018-present). :slight_smile:

After UP I worked with government for eight years as fairytale writer ng kapulisan. Helped them become a more credible, capable, and effective police service. I guess it really takes time…

Now working with an international organization, coordinating humanitarian assistance to save lives.

Went back to my province to teach a year after graduating. Taught for several years in a private school, coached kids in English and Journalism contests. Recently joined the state university in our province.
