Wow superfoodie! Noma wala? Gusto ko rin yan. Kaso mahal din ng mga restau and the waiting list!

May 2 star (dating 3 star) Michelin na malapit sa amin, Park Heuvel, pero namamahalan ako sa 15k pesos per person na menu. Pero baka ngayong post-NCovid maging mas affordable :slight_smile:

Not Noma. I mean, those other restaurants seem to be closer to reality than Noma or FĂ€viken (if it was still around). Plus, I sort of kind of want more meat, and Noma isn’t exactly meat heaven. So, Plaza AthĂ©nĂ©e and L’ArpĂ©gĂ© are not on the list.

That’s around the expected spend for a restaurant of that caliber, most omakase are at that amount; the omakase at Okada is at around ₱10k per head.

I want to eat my way around French Indochina (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos), but that seems an even bigger project.
