PHP 200M? 
I’m getting old so if I had that kind of money I’d use up half to buy a few condominium units to rent out then eventually bequeath to my nieces and nephews, donate to charity and deserving individuals, and throw myself an early retirement party. 
The other half ipapasok ko sa high-yield savings acct - at 1% per month, may 1M akong wawaldasin kada buwan. OK na yon… I’ll probably travel till I die and when I do, the rest of my money goes to my partner (if I die first) or to our nephews, nieces, and grandkids. 
Buy land in Palawan for retirement and development. Finish our house here. Buy a farm for us, and small businesses for my brothers. Invest the rest.
I will give mga 20% to charity.
Yung 30% for my dad and sister.
The 50%, I would save/invest. Pero gusto ko din ng farm.
I will continue working pa rin, though. Sayang ang pinag-aralan, and also, para at least nagagamit pa rin ang utak.
