I was using USANA products (di po ako seller huh ). Among the vitamins I was taking, USANA Essentials was the best. Kahit apat na oras lang ang tulog ko, di ako bangag pagkagising ko. Sarap ng feeling.
I was also taking Proflavanol-C (vitamin C), Hepasil (liver cleansing), CoQuinone 30 (advisable pag you are physically active) at Procosa (Calcium). Kahit mahal ang USANA products, they are worth the hype. Sayang wala na kong mabilhan dito.
