How many hours of sleep do you get?

6-8 hrs

5-7 hours. Sakit na ng ulo ko pag umabot ng 8. :joy:

Post training 6-7hours
Coronatime 5-6 hours

Pre ECQ: 4-5 hrs
ECQ: 8-9 hrs :rotfl:

3 to 6 hours because of ECQ

2 hrs tapos nagising ako. pinilit ko makatulog ulet siguro 3 hrs yun. tapos wala na. Wala sa ayos.

I have at least 6 hours of sleep ngayong may ECQ. Dati around 4 hours lang.

I had 12 hours of quality sleep :heartpump:

Better than last week. Slowly trying to get it back to “normal” levels. Struggling to get 7-8 hours of sleep. Did notice though na most interruptions ay dahil sa mga deliveries na hindi nagsasabi kung kelan darating tapos bigla na lang may kakatok sa pinto dahil may dumating na package na pala at kelangan na ng delivery person yung bayad niya :smash:

Generally, 7 hours. Ngayong ECQ, around 8-9 hours. Di sya derechong tulog, though. I tend to wake up for some strange reason with that feeling of dread. Iunno why.

Anything below 6 hours, I feel uncomfortable

Usually 7-8 hours, bad thing is around 4 am yun til 12-1 pm. I really want to reset this but I’m loving my ”me time” sa gabi because of the peace and quiet.

We have so little control over what’s going on in our lives right now so I think you should cut yourself some slack for sleeping at 4 AM :slight_smile: It’s one of the few things we still have some control over :laugh:


Been getting around five and a half hours of sleep on average in the past week. :man_facepalming: Should probably learn to take naps.

Naps! I always crave it kaso nauusog lalo antok ko pag nag-give in ako sa afternoon/early evening nap.:joy:

I also used to love naps. But I’m having trouble taking them now. I blame my smartphone and my sleep tracker. Naanxious ako pag hindi ako nakakatulog agad. :man_facepalming: I also obsessed over sleep numbers :laughing: Maybe it’s time I deactivated it. It’s been four years since I got it and I don’t think my sleep improved since then :joy:

Nasa 6-9 hrs ako this week. Tapos tuloy tuloy na. Also, di ko na nilalabanan yung antok. Pag antok na tulog na. Paggising naman, pag nagising na, bangon na.

Anong type of nappers kayo - nano (seconds), micro (up to 5mins), power (20mins), or long naps?

Nano and micro ako lagi when in transit
Ayoko ng power naps, I like siesta types better haha
